Well, this was out of my realm when it comes to movies.
The way the story was told was fresh and the music was great. The only issue (and I knew it would be an issue going into it) is that biblical topics are usually hard for me to stay focused on and tend to bore me. Revival! was certainly better than most though. Frankly, it kept my attention better than I was expecting it to.
I’m giving Revival! a four (4) only because its a topic that just doesn’t do it for me. If you’re more into religion than I am, I would certainly recommend you seeing Revival! because I’m sure you would enjoy the uniqueness of this very old story.
